New Homes
Over our many years of building homes, we have developed a set of standard specifications for our production level homes.
- Category C-level home: This level home comes with minimum standard specifications for a person wanting a home at a budget level price. Last year we were approved to build one of these homes with North Brevard Charities for the City of Cocoa..
- Category B-level home: This level home comes with minimum standard specifications that are above and beyond the other production home builders. Specifications include concrete block construction, all hard surface flooring throughout the home, tile bathrooms, etc.
- Category A-level home: This level home will be built with upgraded specifications. Allowance items are included so our customers will have choices for cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, etc.
